Forest School Blog

We’ve had a great few weeks at Forest School.
We’ve been learning lots of new skills- how to use a hand drill, how to put up our hammock and how to make knots for our rope bridges.
We’ve increased our listening and observational skills while having fun playing games such as Eagle’s Eye, Foxes and Fawns and 123, Where are you?
In circle, we’ve been sharing new facts about our nature names and watching Grandmother Tree slowly lose her leaves for the winter.
We’ve build shelters for the gnomes and found worms and minibeasts.
We’ve enjoyed finishing our sessions together,  chatting and sharing warm drinks and snacks around the fire.
